Visa / Passport Requirement & Passage Restriction :

1. All Passports must have at least 6 month's validity from the date of sailing*.

2. Any child whose travel document is attached to the parent's passport must travel with the accompanying parent*.

3. Passengers are responsible to ensure that all travel document and visas are in order prior to departure from their home country. Visa and immigration regulations vary depending on travel destinations and nationalities of the passengers. Passengers are advise to consult their local travel agents and /or diplomatic representations on the immigration formalities for their itineraries*.

4. Passage for a pregnant woman will only be permitted before her 24th week of pregnancy at the time of sailing.

5. Star Cruises reserves the right to refuse embarkation to any passenger whose medical condition is not made known during reservation or prior to sailing and shall not be required to refund any portion of the fare paid by the aforementioned passenger.

6. No refund will be made to passengers who are denied embarkation for non-compliance of immigration requirements.

Check - in :

1. Check - in commences 03 hours prior to scheduled sailing time.
2. Gate closed 01 hour to scheduled sailing time.
3. Check-in location - Mumbai International Cruise Terminal, Green Gate, Ballard Pier, S V Road, Mumbai 40001.
4. Passport is not required for Indian citizens, however all Indian citizens are required to produce an identity card during check-in +.

Terms & Conditions :

1. All fares are in Indian Rupees and do not include Passenger Handling Fee, Security Surcharge, Fuel Surcharge and optional land tours. Fares stated are applicable to Indian citizens and foreigners holding employment pass or Permanent Resident (PR) status in India only.

2. A INR500 administration fee (per person) will be charged for changes made to booking after confirmation is issued. This fees excluded cancellation fees.

3. Cancellation fees stated below are applicable for Low and Peak Seasons only excluding Christmas and New Year sailing. For Christmas and New year sailing, 100% cancellation fees apply.

4. Star Cruises reserves the right to cancel or substitute any scheduled port of call at any time and/or for any reason whatsoever without prior notice.

5. All cruises/ passage are subject to the terms & conditions of Carriage of Star Cruises ("TTC") available at appointed travel agents or Star Cruises offices and Star Cruises website.
